PEN FED CREDIT UNION

A 2,300 square foot tenant build out in Niceville, Florida, which also included renovations to the existing parking lot, separation of building utilities service for future build-outs, and upgrades to the exterior facade of entire building. This job had a 70 day schedule that was met through excellent coordination between the owner, architect, and contractor.
